Early-Bird Rate

USD 280 - Register and pay before August 31, 2025

General Full Pass

USD 315 - General Full Pass - Register and pay from September 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy

  • Membership fees are not refundable.

  • To cancel your conference registration, contact the FACP 2025 team at register.facp@gmail.com 

  • Deadline: Before 12:00 PM (GMT+8), October 3, 2025

  • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

  • Late application requests will not be accepted.​​

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Renew your membership and register for the 2025 Conference via the FACP website

  2. Complete your payment
    An invoice will be issued upon successful payment.

  3. Receive a confirmation email within 7 working days

  4. Your registration is complete​​

  • August 31, 2025 －Early Bird Deadline
    Registration must be completed by 23:59:59 (GMT+8) to receive the early-bird rate.

  • September 1, 2025 － General Full Pass Rate Applies
    From this date onward, all registrations will be charged at the general full pass rate.

Hotel Reservations & Booking Process

To secure accommodation for the FACP 2025 Conference, hotel reservations must be submitted via FACP’s designated form, along with your conference registration.

Please note:

  • Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodation directly at the hotel upon check-in.

  • Online reservations through hotel websites are not available.

  • FACP will collect only basic accommodation details (e.g., guest name, period of stay, room type) through the registration form.

  • All other arrangements and communication will be handled directly between guests and the hotels.

 

Reservation Procedure

  1. Submit your hotel preference and stay details via the registration form.

  2. FACP will compile all submissions and forward them to the Team FACP Bucheon Conference.

  3. Reservations will be finalized during the first week of September.

  4. Guests will receive confirmation and handle check-in and payment directly with the hotel.

 

Note: Room rates are listed in Korean Won (KRW). Foreign currency payments will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of check-in.
