2025 Pitch for New Aspects
Open Call
The Federation for Asian Cultural Promotion (FACP) offers an exciting opportunity for young artists (under 35-year-old), young entrepreneurs, curators, and producers (under 40-year-old), and performing arts groups (founded after 2015) to share creative ideas for potential partnerships with FACP and its members. All the 12 shortlisted groups will receive 2 Full Passes to the 2025 FACP Annual Conference in Bucheon and an Individual or Organizational Membership to FACP for 2026.

Award Guideline

Except for the FACP Member’s Choice, all prizes for both categories may be withheld at the discretion of the Jury Panel.

The FACP Members' Choice can be awarded in conjunction with other prizes.

A special award introduced this year, the Sustainable Creativity Award recognizes exceptional efforts in sustainable design or creation within non-music productions. It may be awarded in conjunction with the First Prize in the Non-Music Category.

Winners agree to acknowledge the support of the 2025 FACP—Clare C. & Friends Fellowship Award Title in all future performance program information, including but not limited to the program websites, promotional videos, and printed flyers.

FACP reserves the right to revoke any awarded prizes if the recipients are found to have infringed upon the rights or copyrights of others.
Assessment Critera
Creations should arise from the origin and tradition of Asian culture and focus on the following points:

Seeking support to develop a new project.
READY TO CONNECT:
Seeking partners or presenters to invest in a new project which was premiered in less than 18-month.
PITCH PRESENTATION
Format
Presentation (6 mins) & Q&A (3 mins), with 16:9 slides in PDF or PPT format, should encompass the following details:

Concept & Scale

Artists / Creatives involved
-
Timeframe for the production (potential dates for premiere, tour etc.)

Specifics about what the presenter is seeking e.g., funds, presenting venues, collaborators

Video of the performance (1-2 mins, optional)
Important Notes on Presentation Format:
All media, including any videos, must be embedded directly into the presentation file. Do not use external links (e.g., YouTube or Vimeo) as the presentation may be shown offline. Please ensure that all necessary files are fully included and tested in advance.
APPLICATION
Application Shoule Include the Followings:
1. All materials should be submitted online.
2. Proposal in English (10 pages, 10 MB max, file name: Pitch2025FACP_Title) including the following items:
(1) Concept & Scale
(2) Outline & featured ideas
(3) Artist / group profile
3. Artist / group photos in high resolution (3-5 images, 10 MB max)
4. Video recording of the performance submitted via Shared link (optional).
SCHEDULE

June 23 - June 24: Shortlisting by the Juries

June 25: Announce the shortlist (12 groups), send the invitation
