•  Are there any early bird discounts for registration?

 Yes, there is an early bird discount of 20% off for registrations made before 12:00 p.m. (GMT+8), Oct. 23. 

 

• ​How can I make the payment for registration?

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Discover, JCB,

        Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay. You can choose the payment option that is     

        most  convenient  for you during the registration process.
 

• What is the processing time for conference registrations?

         You will receive confirmation email and invoice within 5 working days.
 

• What is the processing time for refunds?

         You will receive refunds within 30 working days.

• ​Do I have to participate in the conference for all four days?

         We highly recommend participants to experience the four-day conference.
